I’m a Lead Auditor: ISO 9001:2015(QMS), ISO 45001:2018(OH&S), ISO 14001:2015(EMS), Auditor ZDHC (Level- 2 & 3) basic Auditor-SA8000:2014. I have conducted several on ISO, Workplace safety, Chemical Management & ZDHC audits at textile factories, chemical industries, and food manufacturing companies in Bangladesh.

SA8000 Introduction & Basic Auditor

Organization: Social Accountability International (SAI)

Training Duration & exam: May 2024 (05 working day training had conducted and exam)

Auditor exam result: Pass (75 out of 100)

• Skills: Social Accountability auditing, Documentation verification and validation, Share observation, findings the improvement area. SA8000 certification criteria.

• Description: Full understanding of the SA8000 Standard and was geared towards auditing labor and social compliance activities. Training also focused on human rights and the International Labour Standards, workplace practices and ethical management systems (based on ILO standards and international CSR principles).

Lead Auditor-ISO 14001:2015 Environment Management system (EMS)

Organization: Intertek Bangladesh (CQI & IRCA Approved)

Training Duration & exam: September -2022 (05 working day training had conducted and exam)

Auditor exam result: Pass (75 out of 100)

• Skills: Sustainability and environmental management, Auditing criteria of EMS, audit planning and compliance assessments, risk assessment. Certification process. Audit scope verification.

• Description: This certification of lead auditor rendered advanced level understanding and hands on auditing skills for applying as well as evaluating the environmental management systems in accordance with ISO14001:2015 specifications. The training focused on providing participant with practical skills following a systematic approach to planning, conducting an effective audit and using findings to examine environmental performance and demonstrate sustainable development.

Lead Auditor - ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System.

Organization: Intertek Bangladesh (CQI & IRCA Approved)

Training Duration & exam: August 2022 (05 working day training had conducted and exam)

Auditor exam result: Pass (75 out of 100)

• Skills: ISO auditing on Occupational Health & Safety at workplace, Audit planning, observation of the non-compliance issues, audit report preparation, Remediation plan.

• Description: This accreditation has given me a more in-depth knowledge and audit experience of the implementation and measurement of OH&S Management Systems to ISO 45001:2018. The program focused on hazard abatement, compliance with the law and continuous improvement of worker safety. It provided learners with the expertise to carry out OH&S audits addressing and supporting an organization’s objective to establish a culture of prevention in the field of occupational health and safety.

Lead Auditor - ISO 9001:2015- Quality Management System (QMS).

• Skills: ISO auditing Process, auditing Plans, Continuous Improvement plan.

• Description: Comprehensive understanding and applied auditing skills for evaluating the Quality Management Systems conforming to ISO 9001:2015. The class emphasized risk-based thinking, continual improvement and process-based auditing. The participants gained the competence to conduct audits, assess system effectiveness and encourage quality leadership in their organization.
